Frederick is an experienced management and public health professional with expertise in Reproductive and Maternal health, and Gender programming. He holds an MSC in Population and Reproductive Health Studies of Makerere University, Kampala, Post Graduate Diploma in Development Evaluation Studies of Uganda Christian University, Mukono. He has over 19 years experience in project management and implementing science research and M&E.
He has worked as a Director and Technical Advisor with FHI 360’s Research Utilization Department’s Head Quarter team with a specific role as the Family Planning Advisor for the Knowledge SUCCESS project. It is a global project led by a consortium of partners including John Hopkins CCP, FHI 360, Busara and AMREF Health Africa and funded by USAID’s Office of Population and Reproductive Health to support learning, and create opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange, within the family planning and reproductive health community.

Dr. Juliet is a senior Anthropologist in the department of Community Health and Behavioral Sciences. She also seats on the presidential committee on pandemic preparedness of Uganda. In academia, her work explores major debates in contemporary anthropology and public health. She has diverse experience in academic research as principal Investigator and co- investigator on Behavioral science, non-communicable diseases, vaccine hesitancy and immunization, zoonotic diseases like African Swine fever, and others. Currently, her main focus is social research, type 2 diabetes and community development. Her core skills include: sociological investigation, project appraisal and design, systematic reviews, monitoring and evaluation. Juliet can provide high quality training with a firm grip of action research and policy issues. She also has the ability to carry out research and translate field experiences into guiding strategic interventions.

Immaculate is an organized child wellbeing expert with over 11 years’ expertise in program planning, implementation, coordinating social development programs and documenting good practices. She is excellent in capacity building, implementing integrated programs and mentoring organizations to establish systems for high quality performance. She fully understands mechanisms for building community support, key coalitions and strategic partnerships. Currently, she is the Network Quality Assurance Manager at Children at risk Action Network (CRANE Uganda). Her role involves building capacity in the areas of child protection, child wellbeing, Governance, People Care, Financial Accountability and safeguarding.

Christopher is a Financial Inclusion Specialist holding an MBA in Accounting and Finance, with over 30 years of working experience. He has worked with several donor funded projects in different countries in Africa, Middle East and Asia that support the building of inclusive financial systems. He has carried out training needs assessments, conducted trainings and provided on-site technical assistance for various Financial services providers and microfinance networks in several countries including Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, South Africa, Ethiopia, Tanzania, The Gambia, Egypt, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Sierra Leone, West Bank and Lesotho.
Key Expertise areas: Business Planning (using either the Microvision tool or Microfin), Institutional Performance measurement, evaluation and improvement, Risk Management and Financial Management.
